UPON THIS PETITION coming up before this Honourable Court on the 20^th Day of December, 2011.

AND THIS COURT having taken Oral Evidence from the Petitioner in Support of the Petition filed in this court and the Respondent refused to come inspite of the proofs of service of all the court processes in the file.

THIS COURT DOTH THIS DAY ORDERED that judgment be and same is hereby entered to the effect that the Marriage Solemnized  at Ikeja Registry in Lagos State on the 7^th Day of  June , 2007  BETWEEN  MRS. EJODAKEME OKOJIE (PETITIONER) AND MR. BRIGHT OKOJIE (RESPONDENT)be and is hereby dissolved on the following grounds:

1.                    That the Respondent has abandon h  is matrimonial duties due to constant disrespect and disregard to the petitioner as the wife

2.                    And series of irreconcilable differences due to the respondent misbehavior to the petitioner, immediately after the marriage.  

3.                    The respondent do not show any respect to the petitioner and they are domestic incompatibility.

4.                    The respondent and the petitioner do no longer has any thing in common again.

5.                    And their is only one child in the marriage.

And the custody of the child is hereby given to the petitioner

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a Decree Nisi shall be and same is hereby granted to the Respondent which shall be made absolute after three months from the date hereof unless sufficient cause shown to the court.
